CyLock is available from selected retailers.
NOTE: Due to the ongoing semiconductor crisis and disruptions in the supply chains, there are delays in production, so that we can currently deliver our CyLock modules directly to bicycle manufacturers for installation of the modules “ex works” only.
The selling to end customers via trades stores / bike shops and thus the activation of our trade web shop will probably start mid 2022!
Why selling CyLock via selected retailers ?
In Germany alone, several thousand bicycle shops and reatilers are available to support customers – here, professional advice and assistance is provided, as well as assembly and service if required.
We are currently focusing on the further development of our product portfolio.
Therefore, in the first step the products will be sold through specialist retailers such as bicycle shops and bicycle manufacturers.
Our overview map, which is constantly updated, all the retailers are listed who have already CyLock in their portfolio.
After a launch of CyLock in the German-speaking countries in October 2020, we will continue to offer CyLock throughout Europe. If there is currently no dealer near you – just go to your local dealer around the corner and tell him or her about CyLock. He or she will then be able to purchase CyLock modules as well as suitable accessories (such as batteries etc.) in our retailer shop on this website.
Is a selling planned directly to end customers?
This is not yet clear at this stage. In such a case we will expand our shop offer accordingly and integrate an end customer shop on our website. Until then – please contact your local retailer. Thanks.
