The App is structured in such a way that the most frequently used functions of the CyLock App can be accessed on the main page quickly with one click.
Function buttons
After opening the App you get to the main page with the following central functions:
CyLock Menue
The “honeycomb” button with the bicycle and lock symbol in it, takes you directly to the CyLock menu. There I can switch the monitoring mode of the module on/off, see my own position as well as that of the bike on a map; use the tracking function to determine the GPS position if the bike is lost and can navigate myself to the location of the bike
Messages
In ‘Messages’ all important messages for the App from the module are stored – important messages like “Alarms” have to be confirmed that they have been noticed / read. Otherwise these messages will be sent again after about 5 minutes to ensure the receiving.
Bike News
Under “Bike News ” the Rss-Feeds of some bike magazines (GER/EN) are listed daily, so that I can stay up to date “around the bike scene”.
Breakdown
Under “Breakdown ” you will find bike shops and tube machines near my location, which can help me in case of a breakdown – also to get in touch with self deposited phone numbers like friends, insurance and assistance service.
My Bicycle
Under “My Bike/Bicycle ” you will find the Bike-Pass, with all the essential Equipment features of my bike / E-bike, which I can print out, save or forward to third parties such as the police or insurance companies if required.
The way to all functions
Hamburger
In the “upper left corner” of the main menu there is the so-called ‘Hamburger’ – 3 lines on top of each other. With this ‘hamburger’ you can access all single functions of the app including settings, Tips & FAQs etc.
